Receptionist Console in VoiceRD: A website interface for a receptionist to manage the phones. Realtime management of phones as they change state, drag and drop capabilites to transfer calls or place people in a conference room. See the state of the phone lines (busy, do not disturb, call forwarding), set that status for those lines, and search for people in the company.
